Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior notification to customer support will not be accepted.
Please ensure to contact our customer support team before initiating a return.
If you refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us without prior notice, we will not accept the return unless our customer service team is notified within 1–2 business days of the refusal. Please contact us immediately if you intend to refuse a delivery, or the return will be considered unauthorized and ineligible for refund or credit.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.

If you do not receive your order within 45 days of the purchase date, please contact support and we will issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing an order. After 30 minutes, all orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation.
If there is an address issue please reach out to our support team to see if we can redirect the package to your preferred address, but please note this cannot be guaranteed, as orders already in processing or transit are finalized.
If you wish to return your item for a full refund, please reach out to our support team.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customs Clearance
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from the customs clearance process within your destination country. The transit time of your package is strictly at the discretion of customs authorities, and this is a matter beyond our control.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
