How long are shipping times?
All orders will take 1-3 business days for processing and fulfillment.
All orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible. Tracking information will be provided after the purchase is accepted and processed through our website. Shipping times may vary, based on carrier processing.
Please note the shipping times, after order fulfillment, below:
USA: 7-10 business days
Euro Zone: 10-14 business days
Middle East: 10-14 business days
South America: 10-14 business days
Asia/Asian Pacific: 10-14 business days
If you do not receive your order within 45 calendar days you will be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer faster shipping. Delivery times will be dependent on the processing and shipping of the parcel company after order fulfillment.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our automated fulfillment process we are unable to cancel orders after 30 minutes of submission. Orders are typically queued for fulfillment directly into our system the moment they are submitted.
If there is an address issue please reach out to our support team to see if we can redirect the package to your preferred address, but please note this cannot be guaranteed, as orders already in processing or transit are finalized.
If you wish to return your item for a full refund, please reach out to our support team.
What if I received the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, or otherwise not what you ordered -- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a full refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
